New York Roots & A Global Story Tasting Experience

Reserve our latest seated tasting experience at Hillick & Hobbs. During your visit, you will taste a vertical flight of our Estate Dry Rieslings, as well as two select wines from the Paul Hobbs Wines portfolio. Alongside the wines, add on a delectable food pairing from Hazelnut Kitchen.

Each tasting flight is $22 per person and charged 48 hours in advance of the reservation. The petite pairing is not included in the tasting fee.

By the Glass & Bottle Offerings

Wines are available by the glass and Riesling available by the bottle for purchase. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We have an array of local and artisanal food accompaniments to complement your tasting experience. Simply order these small bites, and enjoy our outdoor patio overlooking panoramic views at our Seneca Lake winery.

Vineyard Tour

Available April 18-November 15.
Follow our team on an immersive tour of the Hillick & Hobbs Estate Vineyard, a 10+ year project that pushes the boundaries of viticulture in the Finger Lakes. Learn about what makes this region conducive to producing great Riesling, the vineyard practices implemented on our 24-acre estate, and how we craft our wines. The experience concludes with a vertical tasting of both library and current vintages of our Estate Dry Rieslings. $35, 75 minutes
