Follow our team on an immersive tour of the Hillick & Hobbs estate vineyard, a 10+ year project that pushes the boundaries of viticulture in the Finger Lakes. Learn about what makes this region conducive to producing great Riesling, the vineyard practices implemented on our 24-acre estate, and how we craft our wines. The experience concludes with a vertical tasting of both library and current vintages of our Estate Dry Rieslings. $35, 75 minutes.

This tour celebrates the coming of age of Finger Lakes wines by visiting the estates of three renowned winemakers: Paul Hobbs, Louis Barruol, and Dave Whiting.
