We invite you to join us at the Hillick & Hobbs for Harvest to Glass, an immersive tasting experience led by winemaker Lynne Fahy.

Together, you’ll explore how our Estate Dry Rieslings come to life—from vineyard decisions made throughout the growing season to the thoughtful choices in the cellar that shape each wine’s character. The experience includes three guided flights of tank samples from the 2025 vintage, highlighting different blocks across our estate vineyard and the subtle nuances that make each one unique.

Along the way, Lynne will share stories, insights, and her approach to crafting Rieslings that reflect both place and process. The tasting concludes with a special preview of our finished 2024 North Ravine Estate Dry Riesling—a wine typically reserved for our members.
