Follow our team on an immersive tour of the Hillick & Hobbs estate vineyard, a 10+ year project that pushes the boundaries of viticulture in the Finger Lakes. Learn about what makes this region conducive to producing great Riesling, the vineyard practices implemented on our 24-acre estate, and how we craft our wines. The experience concludes with a vertical tasting of both library and current vintages of our Estate Dry Rieslings. $35, 75 minutes.

Chartered tours launch from the bottom of the majestic 250-foot Hector Falls, followed by a scenic tour that includes views of the Hillick & Hobbs Estate vineyard, soaring shale cliffs, Seneca Pier, US Salt mining, multi-million-dollar estates and perhaps a Seneca sea serpent sighting!
