Vintage Expression Tasting

Explore the character of the 2024 vintage through three distinctive expressions of Riesling. This guided tasting begins with our 2024 Estate Dry, followed by two barrel-fermented, single-block wines: Lower Terrace and North Ravine. Each offers a unique perspective on the vintage, showcasing the influence of site, vineyard character, and winemaking in shaping the expression of Riesling at Hillick & Hobbs.

Wines are available by the glass and Riesling available by the bottle for purchase. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vineyard Tour

Available April 18-October 30.
Follow our team on an immersive tour of the Hillick & Hobbs Estate Vineyard, a 10+ year project that pushes the boundaries of viticulture in the Finger Lakes. Learn about what makes this region conducive to producing great Riesling, the vineyard practices implemented on our 24-acre estate, and how we craft our wines. The experience concludes with a vertical tasting of both library and current vintages of our Estate Dry Rieslings.
